To make an order, click the ‘Order Now” button and follow the directions given by the website
We aim to have all orders shipped within 24 hours, but it could take a bit longer during promotions.

Any orders placed over the weekend or on a public holidays are shipped the following working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes as It is now with our courier.

However, If you have only just placed the order, please contact our customer care team and they will help you with the changes.

Note: You will be able to change/amend only your delivery details and the product sizes(If only available)

We hope you will love everything you order from us, but if something is not quite right, you have 07 days from the delivery date to return it to us. In order to exchange, all items must be returned in a sealed packaging and in Its original conditions.

Note: We don’t exchange clearance sale items and bodysuits
First of all we’re so sorry! Not to worry though, just get in touch with us and our customer care team will help to get this sorted you right away.
We restock items based on demand. If a style is frequently requested we aim to restock them within weeks. As well as you can find similar styles on our website.
We accept Card payments/ Bank Transfers/ Cash on Delivery/Mint Pay/ KOKO pay.

If it’s a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment, our representative will call you prior to the delivery.
