At Amore, we want your shopping experience to be as delightful as our collections! We understand that sometimes things might not work out exactly as planned, which is why we've created this simple exchange policy to help you out.

Important Things to Know:

  • Exchange window: 7 days from delivery date
  • Items must be unused with original tags attached
  • Sale items and bodysuits are not eligible for exchange
  • No cash refunds are provided unless there's a quality issue from our end

Easy 3-Step Exchange Process:

Step 2: Get Your Exchange Approved

  • Our team will review your request
  • Once approved, pack your item securely with all original tags
  • Courier will collect the item from your doorstep
  • We'll inspect the item for quality and hygiene

Step 3: Receive Your New Item

  • After approval, we'll send your exchange item
  • Delivery right to your doorstep

Additional Information:

Price Differences:

  • If new item costs more: You'll need to pay the difference
  • If new item costs less: The difference amount won't be refunded

Courier Charges:

  • All courier charges for exchange must be borne by the customer

Exchange Timeline:

  • Process takes 7-10 working days
  • Please pack items carefully to avoid damage during transit

Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original tags
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Important Notes:

  • Items remain customer's responsibility until received by us
  • We reserve the right to reject exchanges if items don't meet our quality check
  • No cash refunds or store credits are provided
  • Exchange subject to stock availability
